Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzerella cheese, 1 oz-80
Jalapenos Slices Pickled , 5 slices peppers 2 slices carrots- 10
Bread - Pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia)-170
Total: 331
Per Serving: 166
Scramble eggs and mix with a little bit of cheese. Microwave for 25 sec. Slice Pita bread through the middle, so youll have two round slices. Spread Cheese on pita, scrambled egg on one side topped with pickled jalapenos or pickled carrots. Fold over pita bread so it looks like a quesadilla. Microwave for 30 sec.
