Your Daily Goals vs Actual......HELP PLEASE!!!

So I'm reviewing my daily intake of Protein and Fiber and I'm like in the negative a TON (and i have been since I started on mfp) and my carbs are like way off too (i'm in the postive). I feel like I'm doing ok on the food intake.

Why is that? Am I doing something wrong?

    Getting enough fiber and protein will help you in the long run. The carbs may be helping you stay fuller longer, but lean proteins also help with that(from what I've read). If you are concerned that you aren't getting enough then try to plan your meals out ahead of time and add supplements if necessary (even natural things like flax seed for fiber). But if you feel you are fine where you are then don't worry about it. What ever works for you is best to stick with.
