Cycle/Spin class and weight loss

Hello All! I am new to MFP! Would love some friends for accountability and motivation.
Anyways.....has anyone taken spin/cycle classes and actually lost weight?
I have been to probably 4 classes in a total of 1-2 months but plan on going regularly now..like 3-5 days a week..just curious to see if anyone has had any success?

LOVE my spin class. I do a lot of different things so I can't account weight loss to any one in particular. However, I was able to break through a plateau when I first started spinning.
I've always said, the best exercise is the one that you enjoy and will do regularly. If you enjoy spinning, then you should stick with it.0
