Help! Need Exercise Suggestions.

Hello,
About a month ago I somehow managed to injure my left foot, which has kept me from doing my normal "workout" routine of DDR daily. I've been looking into workout routines that might not injure it, but can't seem to find a whole lot that seems do-able (aka seemingly crazy complex yoga moves). Anybody have any suggestions? I would also prefer something that doesn't require equipment, since I don't own any and don't have access to a gym right now due to an insane work schedule.

If you have a public pool you could always incorporate swimming into your workout. Less stress on the foot and burns a lot of calories.0
