for those of you who set goals and rewards, do you mind giving me examples? I have a lot to lose but am trying to take it small steps at a time and trying to set goals and rewards to get there; but am having a hard time setting goals that don't involve the reward of food.
thanks
thanks

I personally don't like rewarding myself when I hit mini goals, but I know many people enjoy rewarding their steps along the way with clothing and similar material items.
For me, I enjoy telling people when they say I look thinner, "I've lost X amount of weight". To me, that's a great reward.
Also taking progress photos is a reward to myself so I can see my progress clearly. I take them at every 10 pound loss as a gift to myself to prove that I DO look thinner and it's not just in my head

I have goals, but no rewards. Someday I might set rewards, but I haven't yet.
I've seen other users set goals of buying clothes, makeup, manicure, pedicure, etc. Just small rewards, but something nice0
