Love Avocado?

I am currently focusing on healthy food (mainly using avocado right now!), but will add in fashion on a budget along with teaching tips. Check it out and let me know what you think:

I am no nutritionist but I am not sure I would refer to avocado as a "healthy" food. I mean a standard avocado is 322 calories of which 265 calories is from fat.
I love avocado and taken in small amounts they can enhance all sorts of things from salads to sandwiches, but all in all they are way too expensive (calorie wise) for me to consider using them on a regular basis.

Avocado is absolutely healthy! Poor dietary fat gets such a bad reputation. Avocados are full of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, monounsaturated fatty acids (the good kind of fats), and they even contain anti-inflammatory compounds. One of my favorite snacks is half an avocado with raw sunflower seeds, salt, and pepper sprinkled on top.0
