HELP! Gainign weight

GAINING, not gainign. Thank you to my 2.5 yo. I am having a really hard time right now. I cannot, for the life of me, stop eating bad foods. I have also been having a TON of female issues and have been and am still going to doctors to figure this all out. I've had my "period" since the 27th of June and it has been heavy. I have been bloated and I am just feeling so depressed about all of this. I was down to 136 in February and as of today I am at 151. I have a GW of 120. I am 5'3" and 33 years old. I USUALLY work out 2-3 times a week with strength and cardio. I just cannot lift myself out of this funk and I am not getting much help at home. PLEASE HELP!

    Oh no! I know exactly how you feel! Every so often I get a period from He!! and its so hard to eat right! to help with bad snacking I try to make fruits and veggies taste better... I'll eat apples with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or even better - Justins chocolate hazelnut butter, frozen chocolate dipped bananas, dryers fruit Popsicles are only 80 calories, fat free yogurt in yummy dessert flavors ... hope that helps! feel free to add me if you need a motivational MFP friend!

    Thank you so much! I am so frustrated and feeling down and out because off all of these health issues. FIVE appts this week with 3 different doctors. I just want some answers and I want to stop eating and get my energy back. I keep falling asleep at 4 in the afternoon when my son (2.5yo) is napping and I usually do not nap. Food has become my go to thing and I can't stop. I was anorexic for 8 years back in HS and I just cannot believe how the issues can just switch so drastically. I almost feel like I'm stuffing this awful food in my mouth like I'm being watched and doing this horribly shameful thing.


    I really, REALLY appreciate food/snack suggestions. I am HORRIBLE with meals and I need as many suggestions as possible. Thank you!
