Grilled breast of chicken minus the bacon and cheese, or the dinner salad? If this is a special occassion type of thing, just get whatever you want and enjoy it.

Skip the chile rellenos, the cheese will murder your target. The hard tacos would work, again avoid the cheese. Go easy on the guacamole (same problem as with the cheese, too much fat per oz), but sour cream is only 60 cals per tablespoon.

Chicken Picado minus the cheese looks good to me.

The picado sounds good, but for under 600 cals I'd skip the refried beans or ask for a substitute. Beans are great but refried, not so much. If you're good at moderation (I am not) then just have a small portion of them.

I'd probably order the Carne Asada Suiza without the cheese. Ranchero sauce is usually not that unhealthy and I love steak. I'd likely ensure that the meal included ample veggies as well. Otherwise I'd get the fajitas without sour cream or guac, have lots of fresh pico, and only eat one of the tortillas and all of the meat + veggies.

    Cheers!
