Food chart?

Is there a way i can increase my protein on my food log so it doesnt say im over, so i can get it to fit my needs (the amount my trainer told me to eat a day) If so, how? Thanks!

    what she said, but to go one step further, click on the "Change Goals" button then use the custom option, it will allow you to put in percentages for all your macro nutrients (carbs/fat/protein), and even change other aspects if you like, although you don't have to.
