How much do you eat to lose? Not losing after 4 months

I am 5'5", 51 yr old., C.W. 121lb, trying to eat at 1290cal per day (and adding exercise calories back). Usual exercise 3-4 hr a week. Was previously at 1200 cals/day until about two weeks ago with only 1lb to lose. Has taken me from March this year drop from 132lb so has not been a speedy weight loss! I usually zigzag my calories a bit and I have also found that whenever I change my exercise routine (mainly to avoid boredom) I lose weight a bit quicker. Hope this helps0

Thanks everyone, due to many years of starvetion diets I was trying to find my maintenance calories in June. Apparently wearing a fit bit all day did nothing to help my weight loss. This week I took my calories down to 2000.
Mfp also recommends about the same level. Dans in place of recommends higher
fat. Everyone seems to have their own idea about fat loss. Please tell me more.0
