Hopping back on the fitness bandwagon!

Hi guys! My name's Stacey, and I was using myfitnesspal a while back to track my calories. I love how simple it is and the huge library of foods you can choose from, and I actually lost about 5 lbs. using it! Well, then life kicked in - I moved into an apartment with my boyfriend, I got a second job, and my diet and fitness were the last things on my mind. After most likely gaining all of that weight back, I've decided to step up to the plate again and give it my all. No excuses - this isn't a fad diet, this isn't something I'm going to be able to do for a month and then go back to my old ways... this is a lifestyle. And I know myfitnesspal can help me. :)
