We all have our frustrations when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off. What are your top three??
Mine are:
1) I have to get over the all or nothing mentality
2) my injury prevents me exercising as much as I would like to
3) how easy it is to fall into old habits

mine are also falling back into eating the wrong way. No motivation at home. And back problems hinder me sometimes.0

Mine is wanting to have a drink but knowing if I'm alone that means two or four drinks and then eating, eating, eating. Saturday nights are TOUGH!0

1) Feeling a loss of control when I eat
2) When motivation disappears
3) Injury after injury0 -
1. Sitting next to my husband who puts a meat and cheese tray between us at 10:00 at night.
2. My poor feet hurt from standing on them all day.
3. I love salty foods.0 -
1. Foods have too many calories
2. I don't get to eat enough calories
3. Calories are hard to burn
In all seriousness, though:
1. Progress is slow, sometimes.
2. Some days, being mindful about eating appropriate portions and wholesome foods is a drag.
3. Concerns about regressing.0 -
1. The weekends because I'm never at home... so many temptations!
2. Feeling so restricted when it comes to food.
3. Not being able to cook any recipe! I love cooking!0 -

1 - finding time to exercise. of course I MAKE the time because it's important to me!! but damn sometimes it's so hard juggling work, family and obligations and trying to keep everyone happy and not feeling rushed at the gym!!!!!
2 - getting enough protein. I don't care for meat that much and sometimes too much dairy in one day does embarrassing things to my digestive system:blushing:
3 - falling of the wagon on weekends. i've gotten better at this through the years...realizing that consuming mass amounts of food on Fri, Sat, & Sun can cancel out all your hard work during the week. But it's still way harder to stay on track during the weekend then it is on weekdays:drinker:0
