not losing like i want

Can someone please help? I am not losing weight fast enough. I am under my calorie intake and exercise everyday at least 30-45 min seven days a week. What am i doing wrong?

The reality is that you can't always get what you WANT! If you don't have a large amount of weight to lose, then it's probably going to come off slowly and steadily and that's a very healthy way to do it.
I look at losing weight like growing your hair. No matter how much you want it to just happen and even if you do all the right things, it still takes time.
And eating less than your body needs isn't the answer. You need a certain amount of calories (ie. energy) to stay healthy and be able to do the exercise and other things that you need in your day. We have all been conditioned to think that the less you eat, the more you'll lose, but our bodies are smart and it doesn't always work out like that.0 -
Remember... slow and steady wins the race! This is the same with weight loss. Would you rather a huge loss each week and gain it all back? Or little losses each week and keep it off!0
