I picked some up last night for some fuel before and after my INSANITY work outs. Was just wondering if anyone has had any personal experience with the stuff. Thanks in advance.

Yes. Works great and you can feel the difference. One of the very few supplements that is actually worth the money. Even better, it's one of the cheapest supplements too.0

I noticed that! Thats why I was kind of questioning if it worked. But it tastes good, so thats a plus. We will see how it works for this kid. I have never had a huge amount of muscle mass so this is all new territory for me! Some days I really hate shaun T!
Have you tried insanity?

Gone thru insanity twice and love it. Don't think I was using creatine at the time because I usually use it while I trying to get bigger or stronger and I was doing Insanity purely to lose weight. Not saying that's the right way to think about creatine; it 's just the way I go about it actually using it.0

Yeah, I have heard that. HMM. I am trying to get rid of my mid section and gain muscle, but can you do both of those at the same time? LOL. Do you think I should switch to something else or will this work for now? I love insanity. Its been brutal on me but I can see the inches coming off. I am starting my 3rd week tonight.0

Keep using it. Definitely don't switch to anything else, because just about every other type supplement is a total waste of money. It should help you work a bit harder, especially when you get to the Pushup Hell workout in month 2.0

Awesome. Thank you! I will stick with it. Drinking my before work out shot right now, and then its off to do my fit test. If you don't mind me asking, how much did you lose while doing insanity? all 29?0

Also, do you have one before and after your workouts or just after?0

Timing doesn't so much matter as you body stores it locally and, after taking it for a couple of weeks, your levels are built up so it is available. Other than that, my brother DavPul has it covered! Good luck!0

Awesome! thank you. I am ready to see the final result! Beer gut be gone!0

This is the correct answer. It doesn't matter when you take it -- there are no acute effects. The benefits only come when saturation levels are reached (after a few weeks).0
