I have learned so much since I wsa diagnosed with diabetes last year. I used to think I could eat whatever I wanted as long as I worked hard enough to burn it off, I was wrong. There are alot ways to eat and get great nutrition too. You can start with any kind of bean, some brown rice, any non starchy vegetables that you like, spice it to your taste, and voila you have a better tasting great healthy substitute for hamburger helper.
