I just ate a wonderful delicious meal from kfc. Well it was wonderful until I logged it in and saw how much salt I had consumed. Over 3000 for breakfst and lunch. So now I need to flush all this salt out. How much water do I need to drink?

Half your body weight in ounces is the recommended daily intake of water on a regular basis. You need extra if you're eating alot of salt, live in hotter climates, etc. I don't know how much water it takes to flush out X amount of salt though. My guess would be to forego anything other than water for the rest of the day and drink as much as you can. For me, even with doing that, I usually gain a pound back after eating pizza because of the salt, but I lose it again within a day or two. It's not permanent unless you make a habit of it.0

Do something, anything that makes you sweat a lot. Theres no set amount of water, just drink it. Sweating helps a ton though.0

Eat a banana or a potato. The potassium helps counteract the sodium.0
