Hi, I've been using My Fitness Pal for almost 2 weeks but haven't lost any weight yet. I'd really like to make some friends on here so as I can look at their food diary's and maybe see where I'm going wrong? I really need to shift this baby blubber and am really trying but it just doesn't seem to be working. Help!!!!

Hi! Feel free to add me if you'd like. I looked through your diary and one thing that stood out for me was that your carb setting was maybe a bit high. Fresh fruits and berries are way better for you than than the occasional twix bar and cake entries if you can find the strength to ommit them. I'd go for more proteins and less carbs.
Another thing I saw was that some of the exercise activities caught me by surprise. One day you did 100 minutes of mowing the grass and another 50 ( I think it was) of vigorous cleaning for over 728 calories burned and then you ate those calories back (which is normal). My question about that burn is did you use a heart rate monitor or was there a default # of calories that MFP suggested for the activity? For me, I don't count things as exercise that don't keep me at an elevated heart rate. I factored in daily activities into the " How would you describe your normal daily activities?" You might want to check over your diet profile settings and goal.0
