hi i have not been dieting fr a while but now i am dieting and exercising to burn 200 extra calories. i eat 1200 a day m 5 feet tall female. my weight is too slow i only lost 0.6 kg this week which is equivalent to 1 lb. i need to lose 21 lbs. how can i lose my weight fast any tips? i use cross trainer for 30 min a day to burn 200 calories. m 121 lbs at the moment

0.6 kg may seem only little, but it's perfectly fine for a week and by no means too slow. I wouldn't get my hopes up about losing much more in a week the healthy way.
But perhaps instead of doing cardio alone, you can try adding some excercise that adds strength training. Go lifting if you can, try a Jillian Michaels video, or do it yourself at home through squats and push-ups.... These will not necessarily increase weight loss, but you will build muscle and strength and lose inches, giving your body a better shape.0 -

thanks all i knw slow weight loss is better but now a days every one is losing weight to g to Scarborough i wana b skinny b4 i go thr. i cnt do weight training as i dnt go to gym but i'll try my best to go and buy some dumb bells squats and push up idea is quiet good thanks everyone0
