how much weight can i lose in 6 weeks?

Hi everyone,

i'm 5"6 currenly weighing 147lbs, my goal is 132lbs.

I am going on holiday on 23rd August and would absolutely love love love to lose 10lbs by then or even more if it's possible!

i exercise as and when i can, i do a legs, bums and tums fitness dvd at home 3/4 times a week for 30mins each time and if i can get to the gym then i will go there too.

i tend to have cereal for breakfast, soup & bread for lunch and a chicken salad for dinner.

Do you think it's possible to lose that much weight by then? if so, any hints or tips you could give me?

    It can be done! but depends how easily your body loses weight. I am friends with a guy on here that has lost 15lbs in a week 0.o I have 8 weeks until my holiday and my goal is 5lb loss by then, though I am aiming for 8lb loss :P

    You can most definatly lose 10lbs by then! Just keep up your exercising and eating healthy and you should get there in no time! I know when I started my weight loss journey I have up soda (not sure if you drink any) and lost 10lbs the first week :) I have lost 69lbs with hard work and determination! I and many others are proof that if you set your mind to something like losing weight you can achieve your goal with hard work! Good Luck!
