Not sure if you are being sarcastic(?) but if 150 is not a "challenge" for you then you should add weight, and if you already add weight then add more for a challenge or do jumping squats150? Only? hahahaha. Am in!0

I will post the challenge every day this week but prefer not to add as I am an active member and will miss all of my newsfeed support/supporting if I have too many people on my list! Just check the forum for the mini challenge in all caps or search for it under community Glad so many people are up for it

Because most people don't venture into the groups. I used to do these challenges a few years ago, found it best (for myself) to keep it simple.I will post the challenge every day this week but prefer not to add as I am an active member and will miss all of my newsfeed support/supporting if I have too many people on my list! Done. Did these at work. 75 on my morning break, 75 on my afternoon break. No weights at work, but since I did squats, lunges and steps with weights last night that's probably just as well.0
