Falling off the wagon

Sometimes i just stop exercising and dont do it for more than a week. i keep telling myself that i need to but i just dont do it. I don't know why. What can i do about this?

    I am the same way, but tend to do better over longer periods if I have a friend who works out with me.

    Baby steps.
    1) you need to figure out why...as soon as you do it's so much easier to deal with it.
    Is it the discomfort of exercising? Is it that you can't push yourself as hard as you want to? Deep down you know the reason why.

    I too should workout right now but I'm being effing lazy!!! My bed is very comfortable.

    2) remember the pros and cons to not working out.
    3) get up off your butt and move!!! You know how good you'll feel when your done!

    Keep focued on how you want to look and feel, also find an activity that you thoroughly enjoy, I personally get bored of the gym so find dvds and walking are best for me. Good luck x
