My name is Lynne. I'm 34 years old and I've been on my weight loss journey for a little over two years now. I've successfully lost 200 lbs and I have about 70 lbs to go. I've hit a plateau and am currently trying to break through it. My goal is to be down another 5 lbs by Saturday so I can go skydiving!!! That's the whole reason I started my WL journey. I'ld love to get to know other people who have similar goals to mine.

    How often do you change your routine? What types of workout do you do and how often?

    I workout more often than most people. Here is my current schedule

    Monday: 1 hour with a trainer, and 1-2 hours cardio
    Tuesday: 1 hour spin (I teach classes), 1 hour run
    Wednesday: 1 hour with a trainer, 1 hour spin, 1 hour run
    Thursday: 2 hours cardio (usually swim)
    Friday: 1 hour spin, 1 hour with trainer
    Saturday: 1 hour spin, 1 hour run
    Sunday: Rest Day

    I do all cardio training based on a heart rate reserve prescripton. I am constantly manipulating my heart rate to change things up. My trainer is great. LOVE HIM!!!

    It's the nutrition that's getting me. I've stopped caring what I eat.
