Planning Ahead

For the last few nights I've been wanting to sit back and have a couple of drinks. So today, I decided I would.

I logged the drinks in ahead of time, and adjusted my food caloeries accordingly. And now I am enjoying a drink, with my fiancee, on a Friday night.

I guess I feel a little proud of myself. And I wanted to share!:blushing:

    I do the same thing, actually with my entire day. It also takes the worry out of what can I eat and how much!

    I do this too, im a planner lol :smile: it helps me know what i need to do for the day and helps me balance my meals to fit my needs.

    I do the same. I kind of preplan my day so I know I'll have enough to eat a reasonable dinner and be able to have my protein drink after working out. If you plan it wont sneak up on you! :bigsmile:
