Low Impact good results exercises

I am struggling and need some help with exercises. I suffer from exsertion headaches and migraine headaches. If I do high impact exercises by the time I am half way through the video I have a really bad headache that can suddenly turn into a migraine that can keep me down for days. I need some low impact exercises that I can do without to much exsertion and see good results. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
