Having no kitchen, not too bad

I finally got on that dreaded scale this morning, much to my surprise the shock of gaining weight didn't kill me. I gained 4 lbs since the end of May, considering I have no cupboards, and no stove. Just a fridge in an empty room, the rest of the food in the living room in boxes. I can only take the bbq so long. I know its been awhile since I came on and logged my meals, I was just frustrated with the chaos going on in my house. I used the excuse no room in my living room to do my workouts, but my sister made dehoard the room, no more excuses, I can do my zumba again. Hopefully in the next week I will have my kitchen back. Thanks for listening. I needed to vent a little, plus I need a kick to the uterus, Hahaha! :) Have a great day!

I can so relate, am staying with my dad for the summer, and he is renovating his kitchen. We have had no sink, counters, etc for 2 weeks. Plus workers coming in and out & doing work, making a mess. I have gained 4 pounds too. Hang in there, things will get better!

I just want a simple meal. Like an egg sandwich. Hahaha! I want to be able to fry and boil. The thing that I have gained from this experience besides the weight, is a little patience. I have no control over it, so I have to wait. Always learning!!
