I have a huge Question? I have a daily goal of 1,970 calories and typically I am under by 400 calories each day. Should I be eating all of them? Thanks for any information!

If you're following MFP guidelines, yes. Eat all of your calories and macros.0

I can't see your diary so I don't know if the 1500-1600 are really healthy calories. So, I will assume those calories are from fresh fruits and veggies and lean proteins - then I wouldn't worry about getting all those calories in. It can be difficult to eat 1,970 when it's all great healthy food. You have an especially urgent situation which requires you to lose weight and I commend you for joining MFP. There is great support here and you can add me if you'd like. :flowerforyou:
Great health is wished for you!
