Help, cannot find post with blog

Last week, I was ready a success story about a woman who lost some weight in college but went for a semester to Italy and lost even more weight (talked about Italian's small portions and how they walk all the time). When she got back to the US she started running and I believe lost almost 100 lbs. She decided running was not for her and now walks. I cannot find the post or her blog. Anyone remember it? It was very inspiring so I wanted to bookmark it.
