Losing 5 lbs in 2 weeks... advices?

I know in general losing 5 lbs in 2 weeks isn't the best, but I'd like to try anyway!
Anybody has some advices, or tips?

You need to have a deficit of 17,500 calories over the next two weeks. You can do this through diet or exercise. Your choice.
If you know it's not healthy, why do it?0 -
(3500 cals x 5)/14 = 1250 calories you need to burn a day, above and beyond what you already do.
So that means you don't eat for 14 days AND you exercise enough to burn 1250.0
