Anyone use Yoga Podcasts?

I listen to 20 minute yoga sessions and love them! I recently had to have knee surgery due to a running injury and have been unable to run or do any high impact exercise since late June, so Yoga is so fantastic for me right now.

Does anyone else use podcasts like this one to work?
Or maybe any advise from people who have had similar injuries?

I would appreciate it so much! :flowerforyou:

I love yoga, I'm not quite sure what Podcast is.. after having my daughter obviously I was a bit sore but it also screwed with my hips and already bad back, but yoga seems to make me feel better, especially with the stretching moves.

Podcasts on iTunes are awesome. There's one with music for running and all the music is the same beats per minute to keep you consistent.

The only Yoga I've done is on Wii so I don't think the Yoga Podcasts would be helpful. I wish I could!

It's been helping me as well. I can now bend my knee enough to grab my ankle and almost stretch my leg completely since I started doing Yoga.

I tried using running podcasts, but I didn't like them too much. The only one I liked was an indie music one. I need words in songs so I can sing along in my head
