I lost a total of 73 lbs with the help of Shakeology, Power 90, and P90X. Keep bringin it folks.

    Thank you all very much for the kind comments. :) Power 90 prepared me for P90X so I was able to jump into the program with no problems.

    Thanks again folks. To answer a question that was posted. I personally like the Chocolate Shakeology a lot. If it was gross, I definitely wouldn't have it my meal plan. lol You all can add me on here if you'd like. For advice, encouragement, and support. :)
