    Right now, probably TruNutrition Sciences. They're a very small company based in Louisiana but their protein shakes rank among the best tasting. I like their Iso-Ology (hydrolized whey isolate), Caseinator (milk protein isolate) and Trutein (whey, casein and egg blend).

    Well dearie the one I take is only for women, but it smells like a nice green whole food because it's made from food which I really like. they don't make me nauseous. :bigsmile:

    I take them for the extra nutrients because I need them since I'm still underweight. I plan to stay with them.
    I don't know anything about the protein powders. Too many out there and too many opinions to sort truth from fiction. Anyone lifting need these???
