    SO. I made this like I stated above. I used a peeler to cut the zucchini into strips and put it in a large pan and sauteed it on medium and then seasoned it with onion powder, garlic powder, a little salt, and a little accent seasoning. I also added in one smallish pork chop that i seasoned with salt and pepper. After it was finished i put a little parm on top of all of it. My parents and I loved it! It is SO healthy and SO delicious! Super easy to make too. I'm adding this to my recipe book.

    Tried it tonight - it was lovely. I did a tomato sauce with smoked paprika, chilli, garlic, sweet corn and green beans. We had some smoked bacon that needed eating so threw that in too. Came in under 300 cal for the portion
