I haven't been around lately I am sorry. I have noticed that I kind of got depressed when I wasn't following my diet real close. I am still losing am I am posting my meals again. you may if you wish but you don't have too.

1 1/2 servings of Total honey oat clusters

    3/4 cup of oats and a low fat yogurt
  • For me...same ol same ol...:laugh:

    2 cups coffee w/ sugar free vanilla creamer (1 Tbsp each cup)
    Instant cream of wheat
    1/2 grapefruit
    1 egg white (hard boiled)

    Hope a lot of people post on this-I need some new ideas!

    My breakfast was pretty boring...
    (1) large orange
    (2) cups of coffee w/skim milk
    (1) 8 oz glass of V8 Frusion Acai and wildberry

    A cup of coffee and a Larabar Cherry Pie flavor.

    It is dairy free and gluten free.

  • A bagel with peanut butter and strawberry jam, and a now-cold coffee, which I could not enjoy, because I was on the phone with my mother!

    Most of the peanut butter ended up on my face.

    Not answering the phone at lunch!

    I made the krusteaz honey wheat pancakes for my son and I.

    I had 2 pancakes with 1 tbsp sugar free syrup
    a banana
    coffee with 1 tsp cream

    Around 6 this morning:
    Apple Crisp Oatmeal
    1 cup diet cranberrry-grape juice

    Around 8:
    2 cups coffee with sugar free cinnamon-vanilla creamer
    1 banana

    And will have around 10:
    1 Fiber One Oats and Caramel granola bar

    I have many mini-meals throughout the day, so will post the morning ones for this post.

    1/2 cup 2% milk
    1 cup coffee with 1/8 tsp cinnamon and 3 tsp Creamer.

    I just tried something new.

    Two multi-grain toaster waffles.
    with: 1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese and 1 tsp. all-fruit jelly on each.

    It was pretty good. It didn't quite "taste like cheesecake" like Shape magazine said, but it was good and something different. (I'm tired of my usual "fruit with yogurt and walnuts" or "protein shake"):flowerforyou:

    OH, yeah. . .and one cup of coffee with light cream.

    I usually eat cereal (Special K, Crispix, Basic 4, or Grapenuts) or fruit for breakfast. Today I splurged and had an english muffin with a little butter and lots of strawberry jam on it. I'm sure it's way too many calories and fat, but oh well. I'm planning on eating cereal for lunch, so that will make up for it.
  • small apple with 1 T. almond butter
    1/4 c. oatmeal with 3 t. brown sugar, sprinkle of cinnamon, and 2 T. flaxseed
    2 glasses of water


    I'm working on increasing my fiber intake....we'll see if this works.
