I need help with advice and need to be motivated

hey guys, i think some may be falling behind or loosing hope, i think we all need re motivating!

My bones are aching and i have strained myself so much, but i havent lost that much. I am doing a diet that is helping but i find it hard to make the time for excersise, what should i do??? does anyone know any short excercises, possibly that i can do indoors?????

    20 minute workout DVD - 30 day shred
    Exercises to do inside- high knees, running in place, jumping jacks, lunges, sit-ups, push-ups, boxing, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga/Pilates, belly dance, Bollywood dance, Zumba. These are just a few :D
