mine says 312g of carbs a day.. to maintain your weight im sure you dont need to consume that much!
but i use fitness pal mainly just to track calories (and maybe sugar content).

I guess it's a little high , Me personally I would replace some of those carbohydrates with fats.0

yer .. but not too much or you'll loose alot of your calorie allowance and cant cheat as much then0
