    I log my whole day in the morning before breakfast. I change up what I eat every day so I don't get bored with the same meals day after day. Pre-logging allows me to make sure I have enough to eat at each meal to keep me full (so I don't have to worry about not having any calories left for dinner!), but also to make sure I hit my macros every day without going over sodium/carbs/etc.
