So, I've been posting on here like crazy already. Nothing like a forum to suck me in. I'm trying to get from the top end of the healthy BMI range to about the middle, very, very slowly. I have a history of starving myself and getting way too thin and then putting on tons of weight when I started eating again. Over the intervening decade and a half I've subsequently HATED being hungry, so to get rid of this 15 lb that feels just not quite "me" I'm aiming to loose about 1/2 a pound a week or less. I hope I'll be able to maintain that weight forever.

Before I started trying to loose weight, I did the Couch to 5k, and I think that's what actually put me over the edge of too chubby for comfort because it made my butt too big for most of my pants. :blushing: I'm still running among my various exercise activities, but I'm also watching my intake, so while I always expect to have a bit of a ba-donk-a-donk, at least I don't have to buy new clothes. :laugh:
