Feeling your pain - 38 DDD here. I like to say they're 3D, which no one but me ever thinks is funny.

This did remind me to call and schedule my mammogram, though, which I've been putting off.

i would also accept smaller boobs, you can just wear whatever you want, if u have to go without a bra you can, or get a strapless (which doesnt hold up as well with bigger boobs) and you don't have to worry about looking scandalous in everything

    ^
This my friend always asks why i dont wear strapless anything I said my boobs are to big..she said thats who there made for...uhhhh wrong my little breasted friend they are made for girls w small perky boobs!!!! im only a DD and mine drive me nuts!!!!

I WISH that losing weight made me lose some boobage. I know that in some instances they become saggy, loose skin, etc. But My boobs are genetic. Have you ever tried finding a bra for a 36DDD? t's not easy.

Love your boobs because believe it or not, some of us WANT smaller boobs.

    Carry on

    I'll trade you...your 36DDD for my 38G/H!!!

I agree. Whether I am thinner or overweight-- my boobs stay the same. I "only" have a D cup and I really wish I would go down a size or two!! I can't imagine a DDD. Girl, you're a trooper!

One very important note, cup size is dependent on band size. Someone who is a 28DDD has much smaller breasts than someone who is 42DDD (We'll call it F). 28DDD is equal to the volume of a size 36B.
On the flipside, a 42DDD is equal to 34J.

So "DDD" isn't very descriptive without knowing the band size.

    Bras I can find.
But finding a bikini top for a 34DDD is a pain. I look at all the cute tops with envy and realize putting one on would be like trying to cover a baseball with a bandaid. :ohwell:

    You understand me.
  • Finally some small boob appreciation in the world! Success!

I agree I am a 38 e and would love if I can be a 34dd so I can find a bra in a store and a pretty one also, and not order on line. I have had big breast all my life even when I was only 110 lbs I was wearing dd bra.

HAH! I am at the opposite spectrum. Sharing my bras with my 10 year old now... again! Yah! i think she is bigger then me now. I shop in the kids department and I am a AA 32. :) But truthfully... i love it! I had them when I was nursing 2x and pregnant 2x and it was hard running around playing any sport with them. I had 3 sports bras on and I went to a 34d when I was pregnant the first time and a 34 b the second. I think a 32B would be perfect but I am happy with my AA ;)

Ha, I'm stuck with mine too it seems. No matter how much I lost in the past they stay there. I'm a 34JJ in UK sizes and finding bras/tops/anything is super hard (and expensive :grumble: )
However I do appreciate how many of my friends say they wish they had them (back pain and all), so I'll be happy with them for now

My cup size is a little large -- probably right around a "D," which wouldn't be too bad if I didn't have a large band size. The full-figure selections of bras have lots more choice if you're a 34 or 36 D. Try being a 44 or 46 D. Almost impossible! So frustrating!

I say love your boobs no matter what size. I lost one to breast cancer and while it has been reconstructed and I am alive....I still miss the original one. As small as it might have been. ;)

:flowerforyou: You are my hero

Best sports bra on the market is the Panache 5021. It uses encapsulation method to support breast tissue instead of compression like other ones, which just squash the boob against the ribcage. It has a hidden no feel under wire so you look fab in your work out gear....I'm loving the purple!!!!

I lost my boobs when I started losing weight....from a 36B to a 34A. But I can find cute bras everywhere. They don't need to be supportive, they can be itty bitty push up bras in really fun designs. I like my little boobs. I honestly can't imagine having DD"s or bigger.

I went from 36DDD to a 36D in just the last 20 pounds. I realize that shirts fit better now, but my proportions with my super wide hips aren't as flattering. However, I think I'm beginning to accept my body changes in all ways as I finish this journey. I'm just trying to be the best me, even if my 36D gets smaller...though I haven't been smaller than a C cup since I was 13. It's all about perspective. I really wonder what it's like to exercise with only one sports bra, without chest pain! There's something to look forward to...
