Adding this to my Insanity

Started Insanity on Sunday and I'm a late night food binger. Need help..

New to this board and trying to figure out what exercise to put in for Insanity work out.

I'm going to use a HRM so I could just put in that figure.

Looking for support and what to put in this system for my workouts. What did you put in ?

Anyone want to team up for a buddy system ?

    Man i should start insanity back up

    id just use the HRM figures, that will probably give you the best idea rather than some generic aerobic exercise listed in MFP
