So I was just informed by my dentist that the amount of fruit I eat is really hurting my teeth. I eat about a cup of strawberries and a cup of blueberries daily. I also eat raspberry yogurt daily. It is the fruit only because I do not eat candy or drink soda. Any ideas out there for low calorie...low carb... snacks that are filling as well as yummy? Any help is appreciated!

what about a different toothpaste, I keep seeing adverts for toothpastes that are for strengthening the enamel and protecting form acid erosion? just a suggestion. Would have thought the fruit could only be good for you longterm0

Well the dentist gave me a prescription strength toothpaste... apparently I have done that much damage to my teeth because I eat fruit all the time because I have reactive hypoglycemia so it's one of the few sweet things I am allowed to have. We'll see if that helps but I do need to start looking for ways to spice it up!0
