Southwest Mississippi

Hi! I'm Katie. I'm FINALLY getting in shape. I go to Curves 3-5 days a week and walk and my treadmill 5-7 days a week. I'm on a reduced calorie diet. I'm using the plate instead of the food pyramid. (It's easier for me.) I'm a Christian, so I pray a lot (and vent a lot) to God for support and motivation. I'm powering full-steam ahead. I'm hoping to be halfway to my goal by Christmas 2012 and then at my goal by May 20. :)
