Finding time to exercise with a baby?

I go back to work in less than a month. I am really freaking out wondering when I'm going to fit in exercise! Right now, I can go to the gym whenever because my fiance is also off work and can watch the baby. When I go back to work I'll be waking up at 5:00am, leaving the house to drop her off at daycare by 5:45am and picking her up from daycare by 4:30pm. By the time I get home I will have to watch her until my fiance gets home from work. Between cooking dinner and watching the baby, I wont have anytime to work out until probably after 7:00pm, but my bedtime will be around 8:30pm... I don't want to exercise too late because then I won't be sleepy when it's time for bed!

At this point, taking the baby out for walks is not an option. I live in AZ... 115 degree weather?? Can't take a baby out in that. And she won't sit still for me to be able to do an exercise video...

I was thinking about having my mom pick her up from daycare two days a week so I can go to the gym, then I could work out on the weekends to at least get 4 days in... but I'm not sure my mom will be able to do that!

ANY ADVICE?
