Serious Question!

After 3 weeks of getting used to doing cardiovascular 6x a week anywhere from walking to running 30-120 min a day usually somewhere in the middle. When should I start weights? And how do I know what to do? And what if I don't have a gym membership? I'm a stay at home mom on a one salary income. A gym membership is outta the question. What could I do/use for the same effects???

Check out your local library for books and you can get some exercises from those. A ton of people recommend the new rules of weight lifting for women but I haven't checked those out yet so I can't vouch for it. Also take a look at living social or groupon as they usually run deals for really cheap gym rates or time with a trainer. I found a great bootcamp program that was 75% off with a living social deal.0
