Need some motivation from other short girls out there!

Hello! I'm pretty new to MFP and am looking to drop about 70lbs or so. My highest weight was just about 200lbs and I'm only 5'2. I lost about 50lbs a few years ago and got in a serious relationship. Unfortunately, my weight has crept back up to about 180. I'm not happy or healthy I really want to get back down to a weight where I am comfortable and feel best at.
I'm looking for some tips and support for other girls around my height looking to lose weight. I find it a big struggle trying to stick to my 1,200 calorie intake on the weekends (I do pretty well Monday-Friday) , and also finding the motivation to work out in the morning. Any tips or tricks or support is much appreciated.
