Portion control tip

I've seen a lot of people complain that it's hard for them to keep with the portion control and I figured out a way that works for me, and you don't need any special equipment. The special tool is the size of your fist. For meat, fish, potatoes, salad, snacks and etc I use the size of my fist to measure out how much to eat.
For example, I eat a piece of beef, a baked potato, with a side salad all the size of my fist I control what I eat and I can see exactly how much I'm eating.
As for snack wise, if I can't curb my appetite with water or chewing a piece of gum, I usually eat a handful a berries, grapes, peanuts, etc, I feel better.
Hope this tip can help people! I know it's helped me
