Am I still burning calories

I am doing crossfit, TRX, spinning classes and going for long walks. I workout 5-6 days a week, and during my classes i NEVER take the easy way. I always up my weights and don't stop until the allotted break the instructor gives. In spin classes I keep the resistance and RPMs up....
That being said, lately its all become easier....AND I no longer get sore....which is great...
but...
I feel like I am barely burning any calories, and will go for a run with my dog just to feel like I did SOMETHING. Am I still burning the same calories? (yes i know that as you lose weight, you burn less calories bc you are not carrying as much weight)

As you get fitter (which you are doing, hence it is feeling easier), your heartbeat will be lower than it used to at the height of your exercise, this will affect your calorie burn.
However, having said that, yes you WILL still be burning calories, but they may be slightly lower.
WTG on your hugely increased fitness levels, this is what it is really about though isn't it? :flowerforyou:0 -
Absolutely! You are doing great. Try an HRM if it helps.0
