Hello guys. I am 28 and I have an 8 year old daughter. I have slipped into the routine of being a mom and working full time. I have put on some pounds over the years and I really really need to get them off! I have always been fairly small but curvy, so I have never been a size 2. I want to cut down on belly fat and thin down my thighs. In my adult years I have never really exercised and it's kicking my butt!!! I am doing kinect fitness and so far it has been okay. I do a 30 minute work out a day and sometimes if I am feeling really motivated I do an extra 10 minutes or so. Any help or suggestions would be great. =)
