Someone just called with one (on my cell phone) looking for my opinion. One thing that I've learned over the years is that not a single one of this is without bias. They have questions to ask and if you don't answer the question they way they want to develop their skewed result they continue to narrow the questions and rephrase them until you give them an affirmation. Dramatization:

caller: [political candidate] is running on an anti-chilodhood obesity campaign that all parents with overwieght children be punished using public whippings weekly until their child attains a "healthy" bmi, do you agree with this.
receiver: no
caller: do you think that parents should be chastised for neglect?
receiver: yes

they mark their little box for yes, even though you didn't technically say yes.

Asshats

I suspect I've had a few of those type of calls even though I'm on the no call list but if I don't know who's calling I hit the "ignore" button.

The calls I hate are from pollesters wanting to know what I think of some candidate running in an AMERICAN election! I live in Canada...why would anyone care what I thought...what difference would it make, and why would I care...LOL
