How do you gain motivation after a slump?

I'm currently going through a slump at the moment where I'm still exercising but I'm not quite eating the best as I have been before and I know it's not helping me trying to lose the weight I'm trying to get rid of/tone up my body.

So, I'm asking, how do you get back your motivation?

    Try something new or keep changing things up. I find it's the only way I can ever keep myself motivated. Otherwise you really got to make your fitness regime your lifestyle by choice.
