If I look out the other window there is a liquor store ;-) ... and I count the cars at the drive through while I run, helps kill some time

My gym is right smack next to a China buffet. I saw this one couple once work out in the gym, exit and immediately enter the China buffet.

Lol, the view from my gym window is a lollie/ice-cream shop... I find it highly entertaining that there seems to be fast food outside every gym!
It's just extra motivation!

I have a Fuji Buffet on one side and a Dessert Deli on the other...smh

Out the front is all the construction going on...keeps me occupied tho.

There is a coney island, starbuck's, coldstone and tubby's right by mine. Luckily the mixture of smells makes them unappealing!

I was in the city last week and noticed that there was a gym right above a McDonalds/Red Rooster (separate counters in the same store)

however on the tv's in the cardio room, i can nearly guarantee an ad will come on for some yummy baking show. every. single. time!
